Amal Noukla Association for Development
Empowering the people of Noukla and nearby douars to build a better future.
Helping people build a sustainable and independent future through local development and cooperation.
Built for real needs, guided by local strengths.
Amal Noukla Association was created to respond to the real needs of rural communities — in Noukla and the nearby douars — through practical action, local production, and cooperation.
We support sustainable development projects that create economic opportunities and improve quality of life.
Income-generating activities, olive production, youth engagement, and practical community initiatives.
How we began
Born from hardship in Noukla — opened to every neighbour who struggles
Amal Noukla grew from what people were living in Noukla and in nearby douars: fragile livelihoods, difficult day‑to‑day conditions, and futures narrowed by poverty.
Children and youth often lacked stable access to good schooling; adults lacked dependable work and a clear way forward. There was no polished “roadmap” from outside — only neighbours choosing dignity and mutual support.
That is why the association was created for Noukla and the surrounding area: to stand with communities through agriculture, small production, cooperation, and practical support.
